How soon do I have to place my order?
While we provide same-day delivery and pickup options, placing your order in advance is highly recommended for optimal service. Particularly for tents and larger orders, reserving a week before your event is preferable for both us and the renter


Is there a delivery charge?
Yes there is a delivery charge for all orders, the price is based on
- Location
- Size of order
- Time of delivery and pickup

When do you deliver?
We usually make deliveries the day of or one before the function. Some venues require same day delivery and or pick up, this will incur an additional service fee. Please have all orders ready for pick -up
the day after your event. Please know during high volume seasons we may have to deliver a few days prior to your event and pick up a few days after. This will be discussed and documented on your order. All rental products should be packed, chairs put in bags (Resin chairs), dinnerware should be clear of food and put back in carring containers.


What is your cancellation charge?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For all other cancellations, a 72-hour notice prior to delivery is required. In the event of cancellation after the rentals have been delivered to your party location, the full rental cost will apply.


Do you set up the tables and chairs?

No we do not set up or break down, unless arragments are made with the office when the order is placed. Additional charges will apply for all setup and break down delivery order


Do I have to wash the linen?
Please refrain from washing the linens. Simply shake them out to remove any debris. Linens returned damp may develop mildew, leading to potential loss of deposit and/or charges for replacement due to damaged linen


Do I have to wash the dishware, glassware, flatware?
No, but rinsing and /or scraping them free of food and debris is required. Cleaning charges will apply if the items are not returned in reasonably sanitary condition.


Credit card Payment

We appreciate your business and would like to inform you about a 3% processing fee that applies to all credit card payments. However, we are pleased to offer a fee waiver for debit card transactions when swiped. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you.


Pick Up Orders

For all pickup orders, a security deposit and a valid photo ID are mandatory. The deposit amount is determined by the size of the order. For further details, kindly contact us for more information.
