Partopia Rental is one of the reputable party rental equipment and tent rental company in the Tri State area . Our inventory includes Tables - Chairs - Tents - Linens - Dinnerware - Glassware - Cocktail Tables - LED Tables and Bars - Patio Heaters

 

How soon do I have to place my order?
Even though we offer same day deliver and pickup orders, the sooner you place your the better it will be for you. For Tents and larger larger size order a week before your event will be more suitable for us and the renter

 

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes there is a delivery charge for all orders, the price is based on
- Location
- Size of order
- Time of delivery and pickup

When do you deliver?
We usually make deliveries a day or two before the function. Some venues require same day delivery and or pick up, this will incur an additional service fee. Please have all orders ready for pick -up
the day after your event. Please know during high volume seasons we may have to deliver a few days prior to your event and pick up a few days after. This will be discussed and documented on your order. All rental products should be packed, chairs put in bags (Resin chairs), dinnerware should be clear of food and put back in carring containers.

 

What is your cancellation charge?
All orders cancelled within 24-hours of day of delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Once your rentals have been delivered to your party location and then you cancel, the full rental would apply.

 

Do you set up the tables and chairs?

No we do not set up or break down, unless arragments are made with the office when the order is placed. Additional charges will apply for all setup and break down delivery order

 

Do I have to wash the linen?
No. Just shake it out to remove any debris. Linens returned wet will mildew and will be subject to loss of deposit and/or payment to replace damaged linen.

 

Do I have to wash the dishware, glassware, flatware?
No, but rinsing and /or scraping them free of food and debris is required. Cleaning charges will apply if the items are not returned in reasonably sanitary condition.
