At Partopia Rental LLC, we specialize in party and event rentals including tents, tables, chairs, and event equipment. We are currently looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team.
1. Drivers / Event Setup Crew
Responsibilities:
- Deliver party rental equipment to customer locations
- Set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, and other rental items
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Ensure equipment is delivered in clean and professional condition
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience with tent setup and event rentals is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
2. Warehouse & Delivery Helpers
Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with deliveries and pickups
- Pack and unpack trucks
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Clean and prepare rental equipment
- Assist with loading, staging, and general warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
- Team player with a positive attitude
3. Office Help (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Take rental orders and assist customers with inquiries
- Schedule deliveries and pickups
- Perform basic office and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized customer records
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Organized and dependable
- Prior office or customer service experience preferred
