Party Rental

Showroom:

Show room Hours:  Monday – Sat 9am-6pm  Sunday  9am – 2pm

No appointments necessary, however if you would like to meet with our sale associates to discuss your up coming events an appointment is recommended. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery:

All deliveries and pickup are made Monday to Sunday between 9:00 to 5:00 PM with no restrictions; any attempt to make a pick or delivery will result in extra changes. All deliveries and pick are generally to the ground floor  or to elevator buildings any flight of stairs are subjected to additional charges.

Pricing:

Pricing quoted is for a one day charge, depending on delivery and pickup dates. If you wish to rent items over an extended period of time, please call our office for special rates.
We require a deposit for all reservations, the balance is due before your order goes out. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment.  If you choose to pay by cash or check, we require a credit card to be placed on file for security purposes only.

If you would like rental services and items that are not listed on our website, feel free to contact one of our sales associates by calling (718) 708-6118-9. We are constantly adding new rental items to our inventory and may not have updated our website.

Tables and chairs should be stacked in the manner in which it was delivered. All china, should be food free, glassware should be liquid free and should packed in their delivery containers. All Linens should be dry  to avoid mildew.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be no charge for items canceled more than 7 days prior to. Because all reserved equipment is prepared. NO Linen items can be canceled within 48 hours of your event. A 50% deposit is required on all tent rentals, If we have to come to your location to measure tent area a $50.00 is required which goes towards the rental of your tent. Otherwise it is no refundable. All other Specialty items must be canceled at least 7 days prior to or there will be an additional charge.

Responsibility:

Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of pickup. If you locate and return any missing items, your account will be credited. Any damaged inventory for which you are charged will be available for 10 days following your event if you wish to pick-up these items.
 
Q.What are your showroom hours ?
A.Partopia Rentals is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to  Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Walk in client are welcome, but we strongly recommend that you make an appointment, this will ensure that someone will be available to give you the  assistance that you need.
 
Q.How far in advance should I place an order?
A.The sooner you reserve your rental equipment and supplies, the better. This is especially true for large events and holiday orders such as Thanksgiving, passover and July 4th Holiday.   If your event location, date and the exact count is not determined,it is best to place your order and then make adjustments as we go along. we are very flexible to the needs of or   customers and potential customers.
 
Q.What information should I have ready when I place my order?
A.You will be asked for your name, mailing  and delivery address, and phone number and E-mail optional. Please let us know your payment method weather COD or credit card payment. Certain item will require a credit card to reserve.

Q.What are your terms and what methods of payment will you accept?
A.All rentals must be secured by a 50% deposit at the time you place your order. The balance will be due upon the delivery of your rentals. We accept cash and credit Credit card

Q. What do i need to pickup my own rental from our warehouse?
A. To make you own pick up you will need a valid picture ID and a valid Credit card. Payment must be made at the time of pickup, an imprint of you card will taken, it will be given back to you upon return of the rental items.

Q.I am having a small dinner party at my home and wanted to know if you require a minimum order?
A.Partopia Rentals accepts any orders, we caterer to a small tea party to a lavish wedding, however a service delivery charge is applied to small order. This charge is predicative of you location.
  

Q.Can you deliver rentals to my home? Can someone help me set everything up?
A.When you place your order let our sales associates know if you will need set up and break down service,our staff will set up tables and chairs and fasten any table skirting.

Q.Will your drivers move my living room furniture?
A.Partopia Rental's liability insurance does not cover your furnishings so it is advisable to make other arrangements, it is also recommended to have your furniture cleared before the deliver gets there.

Q.Do I have to wash my dinnerware and glassware?
A. No you don't need to wash your dinnerware, however they should free of food and glassware should be free of liquid
 
Q.We are having a Garden Party and would like to find some beautiful linens for the tables - do you offer this?
A.We have a large selection of polyester and specialty  linens including D'mask Organza Crush organza, prints, picnic cgeck and more.
