I obtained a quote in Jan 2009 from Charmaine for chair covers and table linens for my July wedding. The quote seemed reasonable so I contacted her again in April to confirm and place the order. Charmaine said that the prices she quoted (which I had in writing) were wrong and "didn't even make sense". She gave me a new quote that was almost double the price. This should have been the signal that let me know to go somewhere else but unfortunately I made the mistake of okaying the new prices. I confirmed verbally and in writing the order that I had placed and when I called to make the payment two weeks before the wedding she let me know that she would not fulfill my order. After months of hassle and trying to pick a chair cover vendor I found it extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was very distraught and was ready to have my wedding sans chair covers. Luckily my fiance now husband found another vendor (Partopia Rentals in the Bronx) and they were perfect. In the end the linens I received from Partopia were beautiful, but no bride should have to experience that stress on top of everything else that comes 2weeks before a wedding. Definitely save your $$$ and go elsewhere

Superb, excellent, reliable, fantastic, are just few of the words that can be used to describe the services rendered by your company. For one first large scale event that we decided that we were going to put you to the test, required the setting up of two huge tents and hundreds of chairs and tables early in the morning. Everything was done precisely to that plans we presented to you. All including the organizers and my vice president were so impressed that everything was done on such a timely and orderly basis which allowed the event to start promptly on time. So impressed they were that they recommended that you guys be used for all our events. The extremely reasonable prices were the main determining factors that help us in our decision to use you in the first place. However, we got much more that the reasonable prices. Your flexibility in dealing with event on an individual basis is of paramount importance to the nature of our business and for this we are appreciative. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Partopia for all your party needs.

I used Partopia Rental because of its location and the stock on hand. I needed quality pieces for a family wedding. They had so much to choose from and at very competitive prices. I'd be happy to use them again. ...?
